Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Notices. Any correctly addressed notice that is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of an act or omission of the party to be notified shall be considered to be effective as of the first date that the notice was refused, unclaimed, or considered undeliverable by the postal authorities, messenger, or overnight delivery service.

Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Notices. Any correctly addressed notice that is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of an act or omission of the party to be notified shall be considered to be effective as of the first date that the notice was refused, unclaimed, or considered undeliverable by the postal authorities, messenger, or overnight courier service. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary contained herein, any notice that is delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday recognized in Sunnyvale, California shall not be deemed received until the next business day.

  • Unclaimed Property If there is no record of Card activity for an extended period of time, applicable state law may require the Bank to report the balance on the Card as unclaimed property.
