Common use of Refusal to Transfer Clause in Contracts

Refusal to Transfer. The Company shall not be required to (i) transfer the Warrant on its books or transfer any securities that have been sold or otherwise transferred in violation of any of the provisions of this Warrant; or (ii) treat as the owner of the Warrant or any such securities, or accord the right to vote or pay dividends to, any purchaser or other transferee to whom such securities shall have been so transferred; and
