Refunded Obligations. Except as otherwise provided in Exhibit B hereto and to the extent there are Outstanding Refunded Obligations of the School District, as of the date of delivery of this Financing Agreement to the Authority, the School District has applied the full amount of the proceeds of the Refunded Obligations to the costs of the Project. Any proceeds of the Refunded Obligations not yet expended for purposes of the Project shall be applied as provided in Section 3.4(D) of this Agreement.

The student shall be responsible for any damage to the property beyond reasonable wear and tear by the student, members of the student's family, or persons invited on the property by the student.
