Common use of Refundable Deposit Clause in Contracts

Refundable Deposit. We may require that you provide us w ith a refundable deposit, w hich w ill be specified at the time of your order ("Subscriber Deposit"). We may also require an additional deposit after activation of the Service if you fail to pay any amounts w hen due. Within ninety (90) days after termination of your Service, w e w ill return your Subscriber Deposit, less any unpaid amounts due on your account, including any amounts ow ed for unreturned or damaged Equipment. Amounts held on deposit w ill not accrue interest except as required by law .
