Unless Landlord uses the Security Deposit to cure a default of Tenant, to pay damages for Tenant's breach of the Lease, or to restore the Premises to the condition to which Tenant is required to leave the Premises upon the expiration or any termination of the Lease, then Landlord shall, within thirty (30) days after the Expiration Date or any termination of this Lease, refund to Tenant any funds remaining in the Security Deposit. Except to the extent that (i) Landlord uses the Security Deposit to cure a default of Tenant, to pay damages for Tenant’s breach of the Lease, or to restore the Premises to the condition to which Tenant is required to leave the Premises upon the expiration or any termination of the Lease, and (ii) such amounts are not replenished by Tenant, then Landlord shall, within sixty (60) days after the Expiration Date or any termination of this Lease, refund to Tenant the Security Deposit. Tenant may not credit the Security Deposit against any month’s Rent. Upon any reduction of the required Security Deposit amount, as set forth in Section 1(g), Landlord shall, within thirty (30) days after any such reduction, refund to Tenant that portion of the Security Deposit as is necessary to reduce the Security Deposit to the required amount.
Refund of Deposit. All deposits will be refunded to the first Guest listed on this agreement, within thirty (30) days of Guest’s Check-out Date. If any amounts are subtracted from Guest’s deposit refund, a complete invoice will be provided to Guest along with any partial deposit refund.
Refund of Deposit. Upon discharge, the deposit will be applied to cover amounts owed. The rest will be refunded promptly to the Resident. If the Resident is deceased, refunds will be paid to the person or probate jurisdiction administering the estate, or by a New York “small estate” affidavit, or as otherwise required by law.
Refund of Deposit. The deposit outstanding at the time of return shall be paid out at the return location. If the sales personnel suspect a defect to the charger according to item 10 at the return location (e.g. any damage to the rental charger, label, cable or other), the cash repayment of the deposit shall be postponed until the functionality of the charger has been checked by Chimpy. In this case, the deposit shall be handed over in the form of a support ticket that authorizes the User to obtain the outstanding deposit after contacting Chimpy and after the review with Chimpy. The deposit repayment shall be made electronically. The period for checking the rental charger and returning the outstanding deposit shall not exceed 60 days after the return of the rental charger. During this period, the rental charger shall be retained by the Point of Sale and/or by Chimpy.
