Refund of Cash Deposit. If the Distributor refunds all or part of a Cash Deposit, it will refund all or part of the Cash Deposit into a bank account nominated by the Retailer on the Working Day following the day on which the Distributor decided to, or is required to, refund the Cash Deposit.
