REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. 13.01 The Employer shall contribute to the account named by the Trustees of the Alberta Refrigeration Industry Promotion Trust Fund the amount shown in Clause 8.01 of this Agreement for every hour that an Employee, covered by the terms of this Agreement, is employed, as indicated in Article 8 of this Agreement. Contributions shall be made on the basis of full or half (1/2) hours.

REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. 8.10 If any Employer is found in default in remitting payments required to be made pursuant to this Agreement and if such default continues for twenty (20) days thereafter, said Employer shall pay to the applicable Fund, as interest, one and one half (1 1/2%) percent per month on any unpaid arrears effective the due date for said funds. Should any Employer be found to be in default, late or refuse to remit contributions required under this Agreement, that Employer shall be subject to all costs of a grievance pursuant to the grievance procedure stipulated in this Agreement. This provision will only be enforced should the Union acting upon a motion from the Trustees be required to grieve for those Employer contributions required by this Agreement. Where an employee performs work that would require the Employer to contribute hourly contributions, at such hourly contribution rate as may from time to time be applicable in this Collective Agreement, then the Employer shall and shall be deemed to hold the sum so deducted in trust for the Trustees of the applicable Trust Fund. Further, in the event of any liquidation, assignment or bankruptcy of such an Employer, an amount equal to the amount that is owed to the applicable Trust Fund by the Employer on whose behalf employees have performed work entitling them to receive contributions to the fund as herein before provided for, is deemed to be held in trust for the Trustees of this fund and such fund shall be deemed to be separate from and form no part of the estate in liquidation, assignment or bankruptcy, whether or not that amount has in fact been kept separate and apart from the Employer's own money or from the assets of the estate.
REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. 9.02 If any Contractor is found by the Trustees of the respective funds to be in default in remitting payments required to be made pursuant to Articles 10, 11, 12, 13, & 14 of this Agreement and if such default continues for twenty (20) days thereafter, he shall pay to the applicable Fund, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the arrears for each month or part thereof in which he is in default. The failure to pay each month shall constitute a separate offense, and shall subject the Contractor to the ten percent (10%) payment. Thereafter interest shall run at the rate of two percent (2%) per month on any unpaid arrears, including liquidated damages. Where an employee performs work that would require the Employer to contribute hourly contributions, at such hourly contribution rate as may from time to time be applicable in this Collective Agreement, then the Employer shall and shall be deemed to hold the sum so deducted in trust for the Trustees of the applicable Trust Fund. REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. The parties agree that all of article 13 found in the refrigeration maintenance/service/repair collective agreement as negotiated between CLRA and Local 488 will apply as the Refrigeration Industry Promotion Fund provisions for this article. ARTICLES FOURTEEN & FIFTEEN- HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME, SHIFTS AND SHOW-UP The parties agree that all of article 14 and 15.02 found in the refrigeration maintenance/service/repair collective agreement as negotiated between CLRA and Local 488 will apply as the Hours Of Work, Overtime And Shifts provisions for this article. It is agreed the following articles will be included within article fourteen (14) of this construction collective agreement:

These funds will be remitted to Local Union 488 along with regular monthly fund remittances and will be deemed to be held in trust by Local Union 488 for the Refrigeration Industry Promotion Fund.

  • CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTION FUND 19.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Construction Industry Development and Promotion Fund (the “Industry Fund”) the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and it shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directives.

  • PIPELINE SERVICE FUND The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour of work earned and remit it monthly to the Pipeline Service Fund.

  • Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. If Contractor will sell to the Judicial Council, or use in the performance of this Agreement, goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), then with respect to those goods: (i) Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible, and (ii) upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.
