REFINERY TURNAROUND, MAINTENANCE AND CLOSURE. 14.1 The Company shall promptly notify Xxxx in writing of the date for which any maintenance or turnaround at the Refinery has been scheduled, or any revision to previously scheduled maintenance or turnaround, which may impair receipts of Crude Oil at the Refinery or the Storage Facilities, the processing of Crude Oil in the Refinery or the delivery of Products to Xxxx or by Xxxx to the Company or any third parties; provided that, (i) promptly after the Company completes its annual business plan with respect to any year, it shall notify Xxxx of any such maintenance or turnaround contemplated with respect to such year and (ii) the Company shall give Xxxx at least two (2) months’ prior written notice of any such scheduled maintenance or turnaround.
REFINERY TURNAROUND, MAINTENANCE AND CLOSURE. 12.1 Coffeyville promptly shall notify Supplier of any scheduled maintenance or turnaround at the Refinery, or any revision to previous scheduled maintenance or turnaround, which may affect receipts of Crude Oil at the Delivery Point or the processing of Crude Oil in the Refinery. The Parties shall cooperate with each other in establishing maintenance and turnaround schedules that do not unnecessarily interfere with the receipt of Crude Oil that Supplier has committed to purchase.
REFINERY TURNAROUND, MAINTENANCE AND CLOSURE. 14.1 The Company shall be responsible for all operations and maintenance of Included Locations which are, directly or indirectly, owned by the Company. The Company shall promptly notify Aron in writing of the date for which any inspection, maintenance, restart or turnaround at the Refinery or the Refinery Facilities has been scheduled, or any revision to previously scheduled inspection, maintenance, restart or turnaround, which may affect receipts of Crude Oil at the Refinery, the SPM or the Storage Facilities, the processing of Crude Oil in the Refinery or the delivery of Products to Aron or by Aron to the Company or any third parties; provided that, (i) promptly after the Company completes its annual business plan with respect to any year, it shall notify Aron of any such inspection, maintenance, restart or turnaround contemplated with respect to such year and (ii) the Company shall give Aron at least two (2) months’ prior written notice of any such scheduled inspection, maintenance, restart or turnaround.

REFINERY TURNAROUND, MAINTENANCE AND CLOSURE. 15.1 The Refinery Companies shall (and DKTS shall cause each applicable Refinery Company to) procure that Citi is promptly notified in writing of the date for which any maintenance or turnaround at any Refinery has been scheduled, or any revision to previously scheduled maintenance or turnaround, which may impair receipts of Crude Oil at any Refinery or the Included Locations, the processing of Crude Oil in any Refinery or the delivery of Products to Citi or by Citi to DKTS or any third parties; provided that, (i) promptly after each Refinery Company completes its annual business plan with respect to any year, it shall (and DKTS shall cause such Refinery Company to) notify Citi of any such maintenance or turnaround contemplated with respect to such year and (ii) the Refinery Companies shall (and DKTS shall cause each applicable Refinery Company to) procure that Citi is given at least two (2) months’ prior written notice of any such scheduled maintenance or turnaround.
REFINERY TURNAROUND, MAINTENANCE AND CLOSURE. (a) PESRM shall provide to MLC (i) on the Effective Date (for the balance of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs) and (ii) on an annual basis thereafter, on or prior to the earlier of (x) 60 Days after the beginning of each fiscal year and (y) at least thirty (30) Days prior to any anticipated or scheduled maintenance and turnaround referred to below in such fiscal year, its anticipated timing of scheduled maintenance and turnaround that may affect deliveries and ** Certain information in this document has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. PESRM shall provide MLC with any updates to such schedule promptly after any decision is made to update such schedule, and in any event at least thirty (30) Days prior to the scheduled date of the earliest planned maintenance or turnaround that is modified or amended by such update. PESRM shall cooperate with MLC in establishing maintenance and turnaround schedules that do not unnecessarily interfere with the delivery or receipt of Hydrocarbons that MLC has committed to purchase or sell.

REFINERY TURNAROUND, MAINTENANCE AND CLOSURE. 16.1 Promptly upon request by Macquarie, acting reasonably, and in any event no later than five (5) Business Days following the end of each Delivery Month and to the extent it is permitted to do so contractually and is not otherwise subject to any confidentiality restrictions, the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly deliver to Macquarie information relating to projected downtime at the Refinery, changes to the expected consumption of Permitted Feedstock or any other feedstocks, negotiations with suppliers, and such other information that Macquarie may reasonably request.
