Common use of Referred Participating Teacher Clause in Contracts

Referred Participating Teacher. a. A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an unsatisfactory Summary Evaluation.

Referred Participating Teacher. a. A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with who has achieved permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skillsand who, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an evaluation in which two or more ratings of unsatisfactory have been earned, demonstrate a need for assistance as outlined in the performance areas of section A and B of the Summary Evaluation. A permanent teacher with one unsatisfactory rating may be referred to PAR Panel for intervention. The PAR Panel shall have authority to accept or reject such referrals. A Referred Participating Teacher shall participate in both the peer assistance and peer review components of this program.

Referred Participating Teacher. a. 7.3.1 A Referred Participating Teacher is a an experienced teacher with permanent status who has been is referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance the PAR program as a the result of an unsatisfactory Summary Evaluation.evaluation in areas 1-6 of the N-MUSD Standards for the Teaching Profession. Referred Participating Teachers shall be notified by the Joint Committee in writing of their placement in the program and the Consulting Teacher assigned to them. For Referred Participating Teachers with an unsatisfactory evaluation in standards 1 through 6 of the N-MUSD Standards for the Teaching Profession, the process for peer assistance and review will be as follows:

A Referred Participating Teacher shall be evaluated in the succeeding year and shall participate in the District’s PAR Program.

A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance Peer Assistance and Review to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an unsatisfactory Summary EvaluationAdvisory Form.

A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with who has achieved permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skillsand who, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an evaluation in which one or more areas dealing with his/her classroom instruction, has been given an unsatisfactory Summary Evaluationevaluation. It has been demonstrated that there is need for improvement in his/her instructional skills, adherence to curricular objectives and standards, subject-matter content, lesson organization and presentation, assessment of student progress towards established standards, and/or suitable learning environment and classroom management. A Referred Participating Teacher shall participate in both the peer assistance and the peer review components of this program.

A Referred Participating Teacher shall be evaluated in the succeeding year and shall participate in the District’s PAR Program. 8-5.3.1 On or before the end of the prior school year, the Participating Teacher’s evaluator shall send a copy of the Participating Teacher’s unsatisfactory evaluation to the PAR Panel.
