Referred Participating. Teacher is a Teacher who receives assistance to improve his/her instructional techniques or methodology and/or subject matter knowledge as a result of an unsatisfactory final evaluation in those areas.

Referred Participating. Teacher (RPT) - A tenured teacher who has received an unsatisfactory evaluation pursuant to Article XIII in the areas of teaching strategies, methods and instruction, subject matter content, and classroom management.
