Referred Participating. Teacher is a Teacher who receives assistance to improve his/her instructional techniques or methodology and/or subject matter knowledge as a result of an unsatisfactory final evaluation in those areas.
Referred Participating. Teacher (RPT) - A tenured teacher who has received an unsatisfactory evaluation pursuant to Article XIII in the areas of teaching strategies, methods and instruction, subject matter content, and classroom management.
Referred Participating. Teacher did or did not participate fully in the Peer Assistance Program, and one (1) of the following:
Referred Participating. Teacher may request a specific Consulting Teacher from the list of Approved Consulting Teachers. This request will be considered by the Joint Panel during the assignment process.
Referred Participating. Teacher means any unit member of the certificated bargaining unit who has been referred to the Peer Assistance program whose most recent performance evaluation contained an overall unsatisfactory evaluation in the areas of teaching methods and instruction on the final evaluation form.
Referred Participating. Any member of the Association who is a classroom teacher or bargaining unit member and who is covered by the evaluation article of the Agreement with permanent status, who has been referred to the PAR program after his/her most recent performance evaluation contained an unsatisfactory evaluation rating in factors I and II of the final Xxxxx evaluation form.
Referred Participating. Teacher may be either mandatory due to evaluation as per the evaluation article of this Agreement or by agreement of the teacher if suggested by the District.
