Referral to Chief Executive Officer. If the Customer is not satisfied with a solution offered or action taken on a complaint, the Customer may seek referral to the Rottnest Island Authority's Chief Executive Officer, who shall investigate the complaint, assess the appropriateness of the Rottnest Island Authority's response and either confirm or amend the Rottnest Island Authority's proposed solution or action.
