Referral Fee. In consideration of the referral of Client, the Receiving Brokerage agrees to pay the Referring Brokerage at closing a fixed sum of $_---------- or 1 % of the compensation paid to the Receiving Brokerage as a percentage of the Highest Bid Price, a flat fee, or combination thereof (i.e., real estate commission) and less any percentage of any Buyer’s Premium that may be charged.
