Common use of References to Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

References to Credit Agreement. As used in the Credit Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto) and all other Loan Documents, on and subsequent to the effective date hereof, the term “Agreement” shall mean the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
