References in the Credit Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein” or words of similar import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
References in the Credit Agreement. All references in ---------------------------------- the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents to: (i) the "Credit Agreement", and also in the case of the Credit Agreement to "this Agreement", shall be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and (ii) the "Loan Documents" shall be deemed to include this Extension.
References in the Credit Agreement. (c) This Amendment shall not, except as expressly provided in this Amendment, operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, nor constitute a waiver of any provision of the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document.
References in the Credit Agreement to (i) "either Borrower" shall be deemed to be references to "any Borrower", (ii) "either of them" with reference to the Borrowers shall be deemed to be references to "any of them", and (iii) "neither Borrower" shall be deemed to be references to "no Borrower".
