References in the Guarantee and Security Agreement (including references to the Guarantee and Security Agreement as amended hereby) to “this Agreement” (and indirect references such as “hereunder”, “hereby”, “herein” and “hereof”) shall be deemed to be references to the Guarantee and Security Agreement as amended hereby.
