Common use of Reference to Sections Clause in Contracts

Reference to Sections. All references to sections are deemed to include references to the sections' subsidiary to the section referred to when the context so requires. The term "this Section" refers to the Section of the Agreement in which the reference is made and all other Sections subsidiary to the Section referred.
