Common use of Reference to Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to Credit Agreement. From and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to "this Credit Agreement", "hereof", "hereunder" or words of like import, and all references to the Credit Agreement in any and all agreements, instruments, documents, notes, certificates and other writings of every kind and nature, shall be deemed to mean the Credit Agreement as modified and amended by this Amendment.

Reference to Credit Agreement. From On and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to "this Credit Agreement", "hereof", ," "hereunder," "herein" or words of like import, and all references each reference to the "Credit Agreement" in any Credit Document, or other agreements, documents or other instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Credit Agreement in any and all agreements, instruments, documents, notes, certificates and other writings of every kind and natureAgreement, shall mean and be deemed a reference to mean the Credit Agreement Agreement, as modified and amended by this Amendmentherein.

From On and after the Amendment Effective Dateeffective date of this Amendment, each reference in the Amended Credit Agreement to "“this Credit Agreement", ",” “hereunder,” “hereof", "hereunder" ,” “herein” or words of like import, and all references each reference to the “Credit Agreement Agreement” in any Note and all in any Loan Document, or other agreements, instruments, documents, notes, certificates documents or other instruments executed and other writings of every kind and naturedelivered pursuant to the Amended Credit Agreement, shall mean and be deemed a reference to mean the Amended Credit Agreement as modified and amended by this AmendmentAgreement.

Reference to Credit Agreement. From On and after the Amendment Effective Datedate of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to "this Credit Agreement," ", hereunder," "hereof," ", "hereunderherein" or words of like import, and all references each reference to the Credit Agreement in any Promissory Note or other Credit Document, or other agreement, document or instrument executed and all agreements, instruments, documents, notes, certificates and other writings of every kind and naturedelivered pursuant to the Credit Agreement, shall be deemed a reference to mean the Credit Agreement as modified and amended by hereby. All terms not otherwise defined in this AmendmentFirst Amendment shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Credit Agreement.
