Reference to Agreements. The term of this Agreement and the obligations hereunder shall only continue so long as Tributary is obligated to pay the Fee. In the event the amount of the Fee is modified or the Services Agreement is otherwise modified, the Parties may mutually agree to correspondingly modify this Agreement.

From and after the Effective Date hereof, each reference in the Existing RSA, Existing RPA or Existing Fee Letter to “this Agreement”, “hereof”, or “hereunder” or words of like import, and all references to the Existing RSA, Existing RPA or Existing Fee Letter in any and all agreements, instruments, documents, notes, certificates and other writings of every kind and nature shall be deemed to mean the Existing RSA, Existing RPA or Existing Fee Letter, as the case may be, as modified by this Amendment.
