Reevaluation. The Union may request the reevaluation of a job classification in accordance with applicable Merit System Rules and Regulations, on the basis of job content change only. The State will review such a request and will reevaluate the job classification, provide an opportunity for the Union to present its views, and present its position to the Union as provided in the Merit System Rules and Regulations, in writing if requested.
Reevaluation. The assignment of duties by a supervisor to an employee or the assumption of duties by an employee that are inconsistent with those described in his/her position description which may lead to any upgrade and/or additional cost is prohibited without the approval in advance of the Vice President of the Division involved. Temporary assignments of new or different duties for short periods, not to exceed three (3) months, are permitted if other duties are temporarily suspended until the new duties are no longer needed or transferred elsewhere. If temporary duties assigned to an employee elevate the employee's position to a higher classification, the employee will be paid at the higher level for the period of time the employee performs these duties. Should there be approval by the appropriate Vice President for assignment of significant and additional duties and responsibilities to a staff employee that may result in an upgrade in classification, the Reevaluation Committee will be notified to review the impact of such change and recommend an appropriate reply to the President's designee, which shall be acted upon within forty-five (45) days after receipt by the Committee.
Reevaluation. A. The Employer reserves the right to review for reevaluation any substantial changes to existing job duties or responsibilities. If such review results in a salary increase, such increase shall be effective thirty (30) working days to the closest beginning of a pay period after the written request for reevaluation has been received by Human Resources.
Reevaluation. An employee receiving a negative evaluation may request reevaluation. One (1) such reevaluation per employee shall be available in any given school year. Evaluations shall be scheduled so that there is enough time for reevaluation if needed.

Reevaluation. An employee who receives an overall merit evaluation of less than “competent” may request reevaluation sixty (60) days after receipt of the annual evaluation. If upon reevaluation, the employee receives a performance rating of “competent”, the employee shall receive the merit increase effective as of the date of the written reevaluation.
Reevaluation. A. NYSDOT’s Reevaluation procedures (Project Development Manual, Appendix 11) require review of projects at major milestones to identify any changes to a project’s footprint, scope, design, and setting. Setting includes the identification or designation of any additional historic properties. NYSDOT will review any identified changes to determine if any there is any change to the Section 106 determination:
Reevaluation. A reevaluation of the project may be necessary when three years or more have passed since the National Environmental Policy Act process was completed without proceeding to construction; or changes have been made in the project design. The Cultural Resources reevaluation summary will include the unsurveyed acreage, if any; any newly recorded sites that may require further work; the number of sites that require Phase II or III testing; properties within the APE that are eligible or that need to be evaluated; and a summary of any commitments that need to be met. The IOM to the Job File will go to the Section Head for review and then to the Assessments Section, who will incorporate the information into the Reevaluation document.
