Redundancy Pay. Redundancy Pay. Where the Employer decides to terminate an Employee’s employment and the Employee cease to work for the Employer because the Employer has made the Employee’s position redundant then, as well as notice or payment in place of notice, the Employer will pay the Employee a redundancy payment according 19.3.1 In addition to the period of notice prescribed for termination in 18.1 and 18.3 an employee, whose employment is terminated for reasons set out in Clause 19, will be entitled to redundancy pay as set out in the table below. Redundancy Pay.
