Reductions in Payments Due. Amounts due the Department by Contractor, including liquidated or other damages, or claims for damages, may be deducted or set off by the Department from any money payable to Contractor pursuant to this Contract.

Reductions in Payments Due. Amounts due the Counties by Contractor, including but not limited to liquidated or other damages, or claims for damages, may be deducted or set-off by the Counties from any money payable to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement.
