Reduction of Royalty Rate. Upon the expiration date of all valid claims of the DAP Patents in a given country that would be infringed by the manufacture, use or sale of the Drug Product actually sold by REPLIDYNE in such country but for the license granted herein, the royalty rate in such country shall be reduced to [ *** ] percent ([ *** ]%) of the royalty rates pursuant to Sections 6.2.1 and 6.2.2(a).
