Reduction of Hours. The Employer shall not reduce the weekly hours of work of an unrestricted employee for the purpose of replacing such those hours with another an employee at a lower hourly rate of pay. Where adjustments to the schedule are necessary, wherever possible, they shall be made in such a way as to minimize the reduction of hours of senior employees.
