Reduced Hours. If possible, the Human Resources Department shall notify the Association of all reductions in normal work hours prior to Assistants being notified, even where such reductions do not constitute a layoff. At the request of the Association, a Special Conference shall occur to discuss such reductions. Affected Assistants shall be given at least seven (7) calendar days' written notice prior to a reduction in their hours taking effect. Seniority shall be one of the factors considered prior to reduction of hours being determined.

Reduced Hours. Reduced hours will be allowed for Employees on restricted duty as a result of illness or pregnancy upon written notice from a qualified doctor. Employees with reduced hours may opt to receive sick pay or LWOP hours for scheduled hours affected.   • Shift Hours All shifts assigned by the Employer must conform with the following guidelines:

  • Extended Hours Depending upon local service capabilities, available extended hour plans include 5-, 6-, and 7-day, 8-, 16-, and 24-hour options at additional cost. Alaris will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Service outside of Agreement Hours as shown below. Any such service performed will be billed at prevailing Alaris Per Call Overtime rates.
