Redeployment Upon Completion of Assignment. The line manager in the employee’s position shall provide or shall identify appropriate personnel to provide the returning employee with employment-related information and assistance and to carry out the provisions of this Subsection upon completion of the assignment and return to Ontario. When the employee’s position with the continues to exist and has not been filled or has been filled temporarily, the employee shall return to that position.   • Notification of Assignment Any assignment that is not undertaken in accordance with the provisions set forth above shall be null and void ab initio.
