REDEPLOYMENT, RETRAINING AND REDUNDANCY. 4.13.1 Subject to this clause and conditional on approval of this Enterprise Agreement, the parties acknowledge that this agreement is made and entered into on the basis that a new redeployment, retraining and redundancy scheme as detailed in Appendix 1 will be implemented to apply to DECD and all employees covered by this Enterprise Agreement.

REDEPLOYMENT, RETRAINING AND REDUNDANCY. 1. The parties acknowledge the following principles that outline the core elements proposed for a redeployment, retraining and redundancy policy. Implementation will be supported by information contained in relevant Recruitment and Selection Policies on managing excess employees.
