Redemption or Repurchase of Shares. The Trust shall redeem or repurchase the Shares of the Trust or a Class thereof at the price determined as hereinafter set forth, at such offices or agencies and in accordance with such conditions, not inconsistent with the 1940 Act, regarding the redemption or repurchase of Shares as may be described in the applicable Prospectus.
