Redemption of Shares. In connection with the Fund's redemption of its Shares, the Fund hereby authorizes the Distributor to repurchase, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, as the Fund's agent and for the Fund's account, such Shares as may be offered for sale to the Fund from time to time by holders of such Shares or their agents.

Redemption of Shares. All shares of the Trust shall be redeemable, at the redemption price determined in the manner set out in this Declaration. The Trust shall redeem the Shares of the Trust or any Series or Class thereof at the price determined as hereinafter set forth, at such offices or agencies and in accordance with such conditions, not inconsistent with the 1940 Act, regarding the redemption of Shares as may be described in the applicable Prospectus.

Redemption of Shares. PFPC shall redeem Shares only if that function is properly authorized by the certificate of incorporation or resolution of the Fund's Board of Trustees. Shares shall be redeemed and payment therefor shall be made in accordance with the Fund's prospectus, when the recordholder tenders Shares in proper form and directs the method of redemption. If Shares are received in proper form, Shares shall be redeemed before the funds are provided to PFPC from the Fund's custodian (the "Custodian"). If the recordholder has not directed that redemption proceeds be wired, when the Custodian provides PFPC with funds, the redemption check shall be sent to and made payable to the recordholder, unless:

Except as provided hereinafter, whenever the Fund desires the Custodian to make payment out of the cash held by the Custodian hereunder in connection with a redemption of any Shares, it shall furnish to the Custodian Instructions specifying the total amount to be paid for such Shares. The Custodian shall make payment of such total amount to the transfer agent specified in such Instructions out of the cash held in an Account of the appropriate Series.
Redemption of Shares. The parties hereto agree that ESC shall process liquidations, redemptions or repurchases of shares of each Fund, as the agent for such Fund, in the manner described in the then current prospectus(es) and statement of additional information for the Fund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ESC shall be liable for any losses, damages, claims or expenses resulting from ESC’s failure to obtain the appropriate signature guarantee with regard to any redemption or transfer processed by ESC even if the current prospectus(es) or statement of additional information authorizes ESC to waive the requirement of a signature guarantee unless ESC is authorized in writing by an appropriate party to waive such a requirement.
Redemption of Shares. PFPC shall redeem Shares only if that function is properly authorized by the Fund's organizational documents or resolutions of the Fund's Board. Shares shall be redeemed and payment therefor shall be made in accordance with the Fund's or Portfolio's prospectus.
Redemption of Shares. Redemption of Shares of a specified Trust shall take place only in integral numbers of Baskets in compliance with the following rules:
