REDEMPTION OF SERIES. 2022 XXXXX XXXX Section 3.01. Series 2022 XXXXX Xxxx Subject to Redemption. The Series 2022 TIFIA Bond shall be subject to redemption in whole or in part (and, if in part, the principal installments and amounts thereof to be prepaid shall be determined by the MDTA; provided, however, that such redemption shall be in the minimum principal amount of $1,000,000), at any time or from time to time, without penalty or premium, at a price equal to the principal amount thereof being redeemed, together with the unpaid interest accrued on the amount of principal so redeemed to the date of such redemption.
REDEMPTION OF SERIES. 21 Debentures Subject to the provisions of the Bank Act, including the prior approval of the Superintendent, the Bank may, at its option, redeem all but not less than all of the Series 21 Debentures on May 9, 2006 or on any Interest Payment Date thereafter at 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued and unpaid interest to the date fixed for redemption, the whole constituting the redemption price.

REDEMPTION OF SERIES. C Shares held bv North Atlantic; VVCF. The Company agrees to repurchase an aggregate of 21,429 shares of Series C Preferred Stock held by North Atlantic and VVCF (in proportion to the number of shares of Series C Preferred Stock held by them) on each of January 31, 1997, July 31, 1997 and January 31, 1998, at a purchase price of $7.00 per share, upon delivery of the certificates therefor to the Company.
