Common use of Redelivery Clause in Contracts

Redelivery. On the Expiry Date or termination of the leasing of the Aircraft under this Agreement, the Lessee shall, unless a Total Loss has occurred, at its expense, redeliver the Aircraft and Aircraft Documents to the Lessor at the Redelivery Location or such other airport as is mutually acceptable to Lessor and Lessee in a condition complying with this Clause 12 and Schedule 3, free and clear of all Security Interests and Permitted Liens (other than the Lessor Liens).

Redelivery. On the Expiry Date or termination of the leasing of the Aircraft under this Agreement, the Lessee shall, unless a Total an Event of Loss has occurred, Lessee will, at its expense, redeliver the Aircraft including all Documents and Aircraft Documents Records to the Lessor at the Redelivery Location or such other airport as is mutually acceptable to Lessor and Lessee in a condition complying with this Clause 12 Agreement and in particular Schedule 34, free and clear of all Security Interests Liens and Permitted Liens (other than the Lessor Liens).
