Redaction. DHS shall redact for public viewing a sizeable representative sample of MNsure Orders in accordance with state and federal data privacy laws. The size of the representative sample and the methodology for the sampling will be agreed upon by the parties. DHS will carefully review each Order chosen for redaction so as to redact all identifying information on a case-by-case basis, in addition to redacting all standard identifiers. DHS will upload each redacted order to the decisions database designated by MNsure.
Redaction. If a file that originates in ESI needs to be redacted before production, the file will be rendered in TIFF, and the TIFF will be redacted and produced. The producing Party will provide searchable text for those portions of the document that have not been redacted.
Redaction. The Franchisee shall take all reasonable steps required to ensure that it is able to provide the Town with all information that must be provided or may be requested under this Agreement or Applicable Law, including the issuance of appropriate subscriber privacy notices. Franchisee shall be responsible for redacting any data that Applicable Law prevents it from providing to the Town. Nothing in this Section shall be read to require Franchisee to violate federal or state law protecting subscriber privacy.
Redaction. In compliance with Virginia law, the Clerk will redact social security numbers from the images available on the secure remote access site.
Redaction. The Authority agrees that it shall not post this GR Reimbursement Agreement, the Letter of Credit or any amendment hereto or thereto on Electronic Municipal Market Access (“EMMA”) or any other website until the Bank or its counsel has provided redacted versions of this GR Reimbursement Agreement, the Letter of Credit or such amendment, as applicable.
Redaction regulate runs of the Financial Models; (vi) regulate certain matters in relation to refinancing; and (vii) manage disputes under the Contracts. NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES as follows:

The University agrees, if it intends to file a copy of this Agreement on EMMA, to redact any information in this Agreement or any other document filed under the MSRB’s Rule G-34 that reveals personal information about the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any of their respective employees or agents or could be used in a fraudulent manner (including, but not limited to, fees, bank account information, signatures and contact information), as reasonably directed by the Administrative Agent or such Lender to the extent permitted by the MSRB’s Rule G-34 and applicable MSRB guidance.

Redaction. A Party may redact or withhold responsive documents or members of a document family if the document is subject to a legally-recognized claim of privilege (including, without limitation, the attorney-client privilege, the work-product doctrine, and the joint-defense privilege). A Party may redact documents to the extent they contain personally-identifying information or protected health information, including but not limited to Social Security Numbers, tax identification numbers, birth dates, names of minors, personal telephone numbers or addresses, financial account numbers, health records, or health status.
Redaction its rights and/or obligations under this Agreement, or create or agree to create or permit to exist any Security Interest on or over Rolling Stock or this Agreement, save by way of an Operator Accession or Operator Transfer Scheme that the Secretary of State effects in accordance with its undertaking under paragraph 1.1 of schedule 2.1 (Section 54 Undertakings) of the Umbrella Agreement.
