Red Flags Services. (1) The provisions of this Section 3(c) (the “Red Flags Section”) shall apply in the event the Fund elects to receive the “Red Flags Services”, which are hereby defined to mean the following services:
Red Flags Services. (1) DTI will provide each Fund with the "Red Flags Services", which is hereby defined to mean the following services:
Red Flags Services. In the event the Fund elects to receive the Red Flags Services, the provisions of Schedule C, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully set forth herein, shall apply.
Red Flags Services. In the event the Fund elects to receive the Red Flags Services, the provisions of Appendix B, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully set forth herein, shall apply.
Red Flags Services. (1) The provisions of this Section 26 (the “Red Flags Section”) shall govern the provision by BNYM to the Fund of “Red Flags Services”, which is hereby defined to mean the following services:
Red Flags Services. (1) BNYM shall perform the Red Flags Services (defined immediately below) for the Fund in accordance with this Section 27 (the “Red Flags Section”). “
Red Flags Services. In the event the Fund elects to receive the Red Flags Services, the provisions of Exhibit B, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully set forth herein, shall apply.
Red Flags Services. The provisions of this Section 4.6 (the “Red Flags Section”) shall apply in connection with the provision of Ultimus’s “Red Flags Services”, which are hereby defined to mean the following services:
Red Flags Services. Maintain, or cause to be maintained, written controls reasonably designed to detect the occurrence of Red Flags (meaning a pattern, practice, or specific activity or a combination of patterns, practices or specific activities which may indicate the possible existence of identity theft affecting a registered owner or a covered person) in connection with (i) account opening and other account activities and transactions conducted directly, and (ii) transactions effected directly by covered persons in covered accounts.
Red Flags Services. The Fund hereby engages PNC to perform Red Flags Services as described in Appendix B, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully set forth herein.
