Recycling Fee. §1. General considerations In order to help Ecobatterien to fulfill its mission, and in accordance with the provisions described hereinafter, the Co-contractor shall pay a Recycling Fee for every battery or accumulator, including those used in appliances and vehicles, that will be placed on the Luxembourg market as from 01/02/2010 and during the remainder of the Agreement. The amount, calculation method and allocation of the various Recycling Fees shall be determined by Ecobatterien's General Assembly upon proposal from the Board of Directors.
