Recycling Bin. 9 A plastic or metal container, with a capacity of from one (1) cubic yard up to and 10 including eight (8) cubic yards, that is designed or intended to be mechanically emptied 11 into a loader packer type recycling truck, that is approved by the City Representative for 12 use by Service Recipients for MFD and City Facility Recycling Service and that is 13 appropriately labeled as a Recycling Bin. The specifications for Recycling Bins to be 14 provided under the terms of this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit 15 to this Agreement.
Recycling Bin. There is a three-bin collection service in the Mid Coast region for organic waste, recycling, and general (landfill) waste. Bins are checked before each arrival and after each departure. Contaminated bins will not be collected, and a private contractor will be organised to remove the bin contents and charges will be deducted from the bond.
Recycling Bin. A plastic receptacle with an attached waterproof lid, imprinted with the Contractor’s logo, and with a minimum capacity of sixty five (65) gallons, for the purpose of curbside collection of recycling commodities. Refuse: Residential and commercial bulky waste, construction debris, and stable matter generated at residential or commercial premises. Refuse excludes debris not included in definitions construction debris and unacceptable waste.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Wastewater i.e. wastewater and storm water collection, treatment and management systems.

  • Prohibition Against Selecting and Installing Products Containing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall not select, install or otherwise incorporate any products or materials containing Hazardous Materials within the boundaries of the Site. Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • DISPOSAL OF WASTE MATERIAL Purchaser may sidecast waste material on side slopes up to 45% if the waste material is compacted and free of organic debris. On side slopes greater than 45%, all waste material must be end hauled or pushed to the designated embankment sites and waste areas identified in Clause 0-00 XXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX.

  • Garbage Disposal You are responsible for ensuring Your and Your guests’ rubbish is removed from the Room, Building and Common Property in a timely manner and properly deposited in the communal rubbish areas allocated by Us for collection. You must use all garbage chutes according to pasted instructions near chutes.

  • Volunteer Firefighting Leave Leave without pay will be granted when an employee who is a volunteer firefighter is called to duty to respond to a fire, natural disaster or medical emergency.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.
