Recycled Material. 1.16.2.1 In its contracts with Processors entered into after September 1, 2011, BRI agrees to use its commercially reasonable efforts to require Processors to retain records for audit purposes by, and make such records available to, the Ministry and/or its appointee appointed pursuant to section 1.15 of this Schedule 1 to conduct audits of recycled materials.
Recycled Material. 100 percent of the paper stock must contain at least 30 percent (30%) postconsumer recycled materials. The recycled paper must meet the requirements for procuring recycled printing paper as provided in the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6962, and set forth in 40 C.F.R., pt. 247, and in related executive orders or advisory notices issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Recycled Material. The use of Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) shall be limited to a maximum of fifteen percent (15%). The exact amount of RAP shall be approved by the Engineer. Contractor must submit mix design for approval. Mix design shall be of recent or present date.

Recycled Material. Wherever possible, the County of Riverside is looking for items made from, or containing in part, recycled material. Bidders are encouraged to bid items containing recycled material as an alternative for the items specified; however, the County reserves the right to reject those alternatives as nonresponsive.

Recycled Material. The Department encourages the use of products and materials with recycled content and postconsumer recovered materials. If the item(s) specified herein is available with recycled content, we request that you provide product information to help in our search for recycled products. However, this RFP request is for the product as specified herein and does not require prices for recycled product unless specified. This information should be sent separately and not as a part of your proposal response.
Recycled Material. −Recycled paper products, structural materials made from recycled plastics, re-refined lubricating oils, reclaimed solvents, recycled asphalt and concrete, recycled glass products, re-treaded tires, ferrous metals containing recycled scrap metals and all other materials that contain waste materials generated by a business or consumer, materials that have served their intended purpose, and/or materials that have been separated from solid waste for collection, recycling and disposition in the percentage determined by the State as provided by Law.

  • Recycled Materials Xxxxxxx County encourages the use of products made of recycled materials and shall give preference in purchasing to products made of recycled materials if the products meet applicable specifications as to quantity and quality. Xxxxxxx County will be the sole judge in determining product preference application.

  • Stored Materials The Department shall not be required to pay for materials stored at the site or stored at other locations absent prior written authorization to do so, which authorization may be withheld at the Department's sole discretion. If the Department expressly agrees to pay for materials stored at the site but not yet incorporated into the Work, the Application for Payment may also include a request for payment of the cost of such materials, if the materials have been delivered to the site, and suitably stored. Such requests shall be documented by appropriate invoices and bills of sale. Payment for stored materials shall be conditioned also on the Design-Builder’s representation that it has inspected the material and found it to be free from defect and otherwise in conformity with this Agreement, and on satisfactory evidence that the materials are insured under the builder’s risk policy. Further, if the Design-Builder requests the Department to allow payments for storage of materials offsite, the Design-Builder shall be required, inter alia, to agree to execution of proper documentation to afford the Department a secured interest in the materials upon payment.

  • Recyclable Materials Company shall provide all Commercial Customers with unlimited collection of acceptable glass, metal and plastic bottles, jugs and containers excluding polystyrene, plastic bags and compostable plastics. Acceptable materials may change depending on the markets. A full list of accepted materials is available on the Company’s website (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). These materials will be collected in Company provided 32 or 64-gallon tipper carts color-coded carts: blue for paper and paper-fiber products, and xxxxx for accepted commingled glass, metal and plastics. Collection is available from one time per week to six times per week. Cardboard placed in carts must be broken down small enough to easily slide out of the cart. Large cardboard boxes may also be broken down and tied into 24” x 24” bundles and left beside the Recycling container. 1-2 cubic yard rear loading bins are available for large amounts of cardboard collection with Company’s approval of size and location. Company will evaluate the appropriate container sizes on an individual customer basis. Pickups can be scheduled from one time per week to six times per week. Recyclable Materials placed in Company-provided containers or at the curb for Collection are the property of the Company.

  • Recycled Products The Provider shall procure any recycled products or materials, which are the subject of or are required to carry out this Contract, in accordance with the provisions of sections 403.7065, F.S.

  • Copyrighted Material 1. USER agrees to, and does hereby grant to the Government, and to its officers, agents, servants and employees acting within the scope of their duties:

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.
