Recyclables Collection. As needed but not less than once per week, empty Landlord- provided white-paper recycling receptacles located in each office and at each workstation into Landlord-provided recycling bins for recycling by Landlord. Landlord must institute or maintain recycling programs for the Building for items including, by way of example and not limitation, delivery pallets, cardboard, glass, and recyclable plastic and metals. Cleaning Products and Methods; Hand Soap and Paper Supplies: Landlord and Landlord’s professional cleaning-service company must use environmentally preferable cleaning products and methods, provide hand soap with bio-based ingredients in the restrooms, and supply paper products with post-consumer waste recycled content. Recyclables Collection. 1318 A. Materials Collected; Set-Out Requirements 1319 Contractor shall Collect in a single-stream (commingled) manner, at a minimum the following recyclable 1320 materials: newspaper (including inserts, coupons, and store advertisements); mixed paper (including 1321 office paper, computer paper, magazines, junk mail, catalogs, xxxxx paper bags, xxxxx paper, 1322 paperboard, paper egg cartons, telephone books, grocery bags, colored paper, construction paper, 1323 envelopes, legal pad backings, shoe boxes, cereal and other similar food boxes); chipboard; corrugated 1324 cardboard; glass containers of any color (including xxxxx, clear, and green glass bottles and jars); 1325 aluminum (including beverage containers, foil, food containers, small pieces of scrap metal); small 1326 pieces of scrap metal weighing less than 10 pounds without cords or chains and fitting into the 1327 Recyclable Materials Collection Container; steel, tin or bi-metal cans; plastic containers (no. 1 to 7); 1328 plastic bags and plastic film; mixed rigid plastics (including toys, utensils, cups, tubing, pipes, siding, and 1329 shelving units); and aseptic beverage boxes. Contractor shall Collect used oil filters, cell phones, 1330 household batteries and compact fluorescent lamps when placed in sealed plastic bags on top of the 1331 Recycling Container. Styrofoam and E-Waste are not collected as part of the single-stream Collection 1332 operations. Styrofoam can be dropped off at the Recology San Francisco transfer station. E-Waste can 1333 be collected curbside through on-call service or may be dropped off by residents at the Recology San 1334 Bruno transfer station or the Recology of the Coast (Pacifica) recycling drop off yard.
Recyclables Collection. Program Recyclables shall be collected once per week in Contractor‐provided Roll Carts. See Article 3.6.2. for further details regarding Roll Carts. Collection of Program Recyclables for Residential Customers shall occur on the same Day as collection of Solid Waste.
Recyclables Collection. Contractor shall collect Program Recyclables from Multi‐Family Units on a subscription basis at a frequency agreed upon by the customer and the Contractor. Contractor shall provide a sufficient number and size of Roll Carts or containers for the accumulation of Program Recyclables upon request by the customer. The County retains the right to determine the appropriate number and size of containers.
Recyclables Collection. Contractor will, for no additional charge, provide blue carts or bins of the same or larger total volume as Solid Waste Collection for that facility for the purpose of weekly Collection of Recyclable Materials, as described in Exhibit C1 and Exhibit C2 on the same day of the week. Carts or bins provided for recyclables will be appropriately labeled ‘Recyclables Only’ with Authority-approved labels indicating acceptable Recyclable Materials and sorting, if any. Customers who opt to have a reduced volume, or entirely decline Recyclables Collection Services at a Multi-family residential facility with bin service must do so in writing, and such documentation will be retained by Contractor for all such facilities and Customers.
Recyclables Collection. Hauler shall provide all Customers the option to participate in a source separated Recyclables Collection program, with Hauler providing semi- or fully automated Collection. Customers shall not be required to participate. Customers shall have the option to request Carts approximately 32, 64, or 96-gallons in size, and in the quantity as may be needed to regularly containerize each Customer’s wastestream. Customers may place Recyclables in Recycling Cart(s) and clear Customer- provided plastic bags for Collection, provided the bag is no heavier than fifth pounds (50 lbs). Recyclables placed in opaque bags, barrels or boxes may be Collected as Refuse. Customers that regularly generate more Recyclable Materials than will fit in its Carts may be offered, or may request, additional Recycling Carts. If there is a dispute between Hauler and the Customer as to whether additional Carts should be provided to a Customer the City shall make the final decision.
Recyclables Collection. B.1 Definition: Aluminum food and beverage containers, metal cans, bi-metal cans, glass food containers, newspapers, corrugates containers, chipboard, magazines, mixed paper, and other such materials as the parties may agree to in writing. The Customer shall sort materials and place them into a separate container for pick-up by the CONTRACTOR. (See Attachment A)

  • Dues Collection Teachers shall have the right to request and be allowed dues and Association 30 Insurance Program deductions provided that dues deduction and the proceeds thereof shall not be 31 allowed if the Association has lost its rights to dues deduction pursuant to Florida Statutes 447.

  • REMANUFACTURED, RECYCLED, RECYCLABLE OR RECOVERED MATERIALS Upon the conditions specified in the Bid Specifications and in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, Contractors are encouraged to use recycled, recyclable or recovered materials in the manufacture of Products and packaging to the maximum extent practicable without jeopardizing the performance or intended end use of the Product or packaging unless such use is precluded due to health, welfare, safety requirements or in the Bid Specifications. Contractors are further encouraged to offer remanufactured Products to the maximum extent practicable without jeopardizing the performance or intended end use of the Product and unless such use is precluded due to health, welfare, safety requirements or by the Bid Specifications. Where such use is not practical, suitable, or permitted by the Bid Specifications, Contractor shall deliver new materials in accordance with the “Warranties" set forth below. Items with recycled, recyclable, recovered, refurbished or remanufactured content must be identified in the Bid or Bidder will be deemed to be offering new Product.

  • Unbundled Loop Concentration 2.8.5.1 Upon the Effective Date of this Amendment, the Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) element will no longer be offered by BellSouth and no new orders for ULC will be accepted. Any existing ULCs that were provisioned prior to the Effective Date of this Amendment will be grandfathered at the rates set forth in the Parties’ interconnection agreement that was in effect immediately prior to this Amendment and may remain connected, maintained and repaired according to BellSouth’s TR73600 until such time as they are disconnected by MyLineToo, or BellSouth provides ninety (90) calendar days notice that such ULC must be terminated.

  • Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.

  • Sample Collection The collection and testing of the samples shall be performed only by a laboratory and by a physician or health care professional qualified and authorized to administer and determine the meaning of any test results. The laboratory performing the test shall be one that is certified by the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA). The laboratory chosen must be agreed to between the Union and the Employer. The laboratory used shall also be one whose procedures are periodically tested by the NIDA where they analyze unknown samples sent to an independent party. The results of employee’s tests shall be made available to the Medical Review Officer. Collection of urine samples shall be conducted in a manner, which provides the highest degree of security for the sample and freedom from adulteration. Recognized strict chain of custody procedures must be followed for all samples as set by NIDA. The Union and the Employer agree that security of the biological urine samples is absolutely necessary therefore the Employer agrees that if the security of the sample is compromised in anyway, any positive test shall be invalid and may not be used for any purpose. Urine samples will be submitted as per NIDA Standards. Employees have the right for Union or legal counsel representative to be present during the submission of the sample. A split sample shall be reserved in all cases for an independent analysis in the event of a positive test result. All samples must be stored in a scientific acceptable preserved manner as established by NIDA. All positive confirmed samples and related paperwork must be retained by the laboratory for at least six (6) months or for the duration of any grievance, disciplinary action or legal proceedings whichever is longer. At the conclusion of this period, the paperwork and specimen shall be destroyed. Tests shall be conducted in a manner to ensure that an employee’s legal drug use and diet does not affect the test results.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • MANAGEMENT CHARGE 16.1 In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of the same, the Supplier agrees to pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with Clause 16.2 below.
