Recyclables. The current list of household recyclables as established through guidelines released under the authority of the City’s Administrator and such other materials as the parties may mutually agree to in writing.
Recyclables. For the purpose of this Agreement, Recyclables shall include the following: clear, green, and xxxxx glass, newspaper, white paper, corrugated cardboard, magazines, glossy paper, mixed paper, boxboard, clear and colored HDPE plastic, XXXX plastic, tin and aluminum containers, waste oil.
Recyclables. Those materials designed in this Agreement or City Legislation for 295 Collection and Recycling under this Agreement which are segregated from Solid Waste by the 296 Customer at the source of generation and set out for Collection. Recyclables include those 297 materials defined by the CITY, including newsprint (including inserts, coupons and store 298 advertisements); mixed paper (including magazines, catalogs, envelopes, junk mail, corrugated 299 cardboard, brown bags and paper, paperboard, paper egg cartons, office ledger paper, legal 300 pad backing, shoeboxes and telephone books); glass containers, (including brown, clear and 301 green glass bottles and jars) ; aluminum, (including beverage containers and foil products); 302 small scrap and cast aluminum (not exceeding ten (10) pounds in weight nor two (2) feet in any 303 dimension for any single item); steel including ”tin” cans, aerosol cans (empty, non-toxic 304 products) and small scrap (not exceeding ten (10) pounds in weight nor two (2) feet in any 305 dimension for any single item); bimetal containers; all rigid food packaging plastics of resin type 306 #1 or #5 and narrow-neck plastic bottles of resin type #2; dry cell household batteries when 307 placed in a sealed clear heavy-duty bag and set out for Collection in the manner prescribed 308 herein; and those materials added by the CONTRACTOR or CITY from time to time.
Recyclables. The service provider will provide a monetary return on recyclables at the agreed/negotiated rates and terms. The service provider is to ensure written agreement is reached with recycling sites that are permitted to legally carry out recycling activities in line with their permit approvals. The service provider will ensure full compliance to all legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure the safe and responsible recycling of ACSA generated waste. Diversion of waste streams ACSA seeks to contract service provider(s) who will provide innovative solutions which will achieve the following goals: • Zero waste to landfill. • Improving on ACSA’s carbon footprint • Improving on ACSA’s environmental footprint • Improving on recyclables • Generating revenue from recyclables ACSA intends on implementing initiatives such as waste beneficiation, anaerobic digestion, composting of food waste, recycling of hydrocarbons and or any other form of recycling/repurposing that will lead to the successful achievement of these goals.
Recyclables. Only those recyclables currently accepted by Council for collection and recycling shall be removed from the kerb-side. The collection of recyclable material will principally occur from 120 litre MGBs with some residents continuing to use the 50 litre crates, or shared larger MGBs or other Council approved container. Spillages will be collected from within the vicinity of the containers placed for emptying. If the spillage is excessive and reoccurring, or could represent an occupational health and safety risk the Coordinator shall be advised. Recyclable materials shall be collected from approved collection points in residential flat buildings (where appropriate) or where no approved collection point is provided, from a storage area approved by the Coordinator. Where Council has approved the collection of waste material from within a property, as a result of a disability suffered by the resident, the collection and return of collection containers shall be as arranged with the particular resident. Where collection staff form a view that the volume or nature of recyclable material is such as to suggest commercial activity, they shall refer the matter to the Co-ordinator.
Recyclables. If the Services include recycling, Customer shall comply with all Applicable Laws regarding the separation of solid waste from Recyclables and not place items in any recycling container that may make the Recyclables unsuitable for recycling or decrease the value of the Recyclables. Customer agrees that Company in its sole discretion may determine whether any load of Recyclables is contaminated and may refuse to collect it or may collect it but charge Customer for any additional costs, fees or surcharges associated with sorting, processing, contamination, transportation, and/or disposal.
Recyclables. The definition of “Recyclables” and list of Recyclables herein may be modified by Contractor to remove items when a viable secondary market for such items is no longer available or practicable for the Contractor's existing operations.
Recyclables. COUNTY grants to FRANCHISEE the nonexclusive right and privilege together with the obligation to arrange to provide Franchise Services with respect to Recyclables discarded by Customers if prescribed in Exhibit 3A. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Customers may donate or sell any or all of their Recyclables to Persons other than FRANCHISEE.
Recyclables. 1. CLEAR TRASH LINERS ARE USED FOR ALL AREAS.
Recyclables. Includes, but is not limited to, materials or products that can be recovered from the Eligible Debris to be used for raw material in producing a new product, such as paper, plastics, glass, aluminum, ferrous metals, wood, uncontaminated soil and tires. RECYCLING FACILITY: A facility that recycles or reuses eligible debris. RIGHT(S) OF WAY (ROW): Public streets and roads. TASK ORDER: Written authorization issued to the Contractor by Pinellas County to define a specific scope of work or area of work and the time period authorized for the completion of stated services.
