Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall Collect Recyclable Materials in Contractor‐provided Containers not less than one (1) time per week from Commercial Customers and Transport all Recyclable Materials to the Approved Recyclable Materials Processing Facility for Processing. Containers: Carts, Bins, Drop Boxes, Compactors Container Sizes: 64‐, and 96‐gallon Carts; 1‐, 2‐, 3‐, 4‐, and 6‐ cubic yard Bins; and, 10‐, 15‐, 20‐, 25‐, 30‐, 35‐, and 40‐ cubic yard Drop Boxes or Compactors (as requested by Customer) Service Frequency: Up to six (6) times per week but not less than one (1) time per week, as requested by Customer Service Location: Curbside or other Customer‐selected service location at the Commercial Premises (push/pull charges may apply if service location is not immediately accessible by the Collection vehicle) Acceptable Materials: Recyclable Materials Prohibited Materials: Solid Waste, Organic Materials, Excluded Waste Additional Service: Upon Customer request and to accommodate periodic additional service needs, Contractor shall provide Collection service at a greater frequency than the Customer’s regularly scheduled service, up to the maximum Service Level and Contractor may charge the appropriate Rate for the higher Service Level. Other Requirements: Contractor shall open and close gates, push and/or pull Containers, lock and unlock Containers, or perform other services as reasonably necessary to access and empty Containers (additional charge may apply). {Agency ‐ Universal Commercial Recycling Program} All Commercial Customers shall, upon Commencement Date of this Agreement, receive a 96‐gallon Container if they have not already established Recyclable Materials Collection service.

Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall provide Recyclable Materials Collection Services as follows: • Contractor shall collect Recyclable Materials from Recyclable Materials carts provided as part of this Agreement. • Standard service shall be a Large Cart o Residents can select a Medium Cart for no change in their monthly cost subject to Section 4.1 of the Agreement. • Collection shall be on the same day as Solid Waste collection. • At the City’s discretion, Contractor shall deliver Recyclable Materials to the Larimer County Recycling Center or the permitted recycling center of the Contractor’s choice for the pricing included in the Price Sheet (Exhibit B). City Representative shall notify the Contractor in writing with at least six (6) months prior written notice if the City elects to start or stop flow control of Recyclable Materials to the Larimer County Recycling Center. If such action takes place after one (1) year from the Service Commencement Date the Parties shall negotiate in good faith any resulting financial impacts and update Exhibit B. • Recyclable Materials shall not be landfilled unless the load is rejected from the recycling center due to contamination. If that occurs, Contractor shall notify the City Representative within one (1) business day with details of the incident / cause of the contamination. Contractor shall also include details and cause of the contamination incident in the regular report to the City Representative. Table 1

Recyclable Materials Collection. 333 Contractor shall Collect Targeted Recyclable Materials from Customers that have Source 334 Separated the Recyclable Materials from Solid Waste and placed these materials in the 335 Customer’s Recyclable Materials Collection Container for Collection by Contractor. 336 In accordance with Section 15.12, the Agency may request Contractor to modify its scope of 337 service to include Collection of additional types of Recyclable Materials beyond those materials 338 defined as Targeted Recyclable Materials in Attachment A. If the Agency requests Collection 339 of additional Recyclable Materials, the Contractor shall not receive additional compensation for 340 Collection service if the Recyclable Materials are placed by Generator in the Recyclable 341 Materials Container unless Contractor can demonstrate that Collection of the additional 342 material(s) requires modification to Collection routes to accommodate the additional volume of 343 the material(s). 344 A. In such case, Contractor shall Collect Carts 351 from and return Carts to the alternative service location (such as the side yard or back 352 yard) specified by the Customer. 353 Contractor shall Collect Used Motor Oil and Used Motor Oil Filters placed at the 354 Collection location by Customer for Collection in Contractor-provided or Contractor- 355 approved containers. Contractor shall not be required to Collect more than five (5) 356 gallons of Used Motor Oil per Customer per Collection. Contractor shall establish an “overages” program that allows Single−Family Customers to place additional mixed Recyclable Materials Curbside (in Customer−provided clear plastic bags) or cardboard (tied and bundled no larger than 3’ x 3’) adjacent to the Recyclable Materials Cart on their regularly− scheduled Collection day at no additional charge to the Customer.
Recyclable Materials Collection. CONTRACTOR, once each week, shall collect for recycling all tin, steel and aluminum cans, glass, newsprint, chipboard, corrugated cardboard, junk mail, glossy magazines, plastic (XXXX #1, HDPE #2, PVC #3, LDPE #4 and PP #5 Plastics only), and such other recyclable materials as by mutual agreement with the VILLAGE have from time to time been included in the VILLAGE'S recycling program (the “Recyclable Materials”), according to the terms herein. The CONTRACTOR will pick up such Recyclable Materials as are deposited in recycling Carts from all Dwelling Units on the same day as Solid Waste is scheduled to be collected from such dwellings. The CONTRACTOR agrees to use its best efforts to sell all Recyclable Materials collected under this recycling program. No Recyclable Materials may be disposed at a landfill without the prior consent of the VILLAGE. The CONTRACTOR will retain all revenue derived from the sale of Recyclable Materials.

Contractor will provide carts, bins and roll- off boxes for collection of commingled recyclable materials. Recycling collection will be made available at a minimum for: newsprint (including inserts); mixed paper (including magazines, catalogs, envelopes, junk mail, corrugated cardboard, brown bags and paper, paperboard, paper egg cartons, office ledger paper, and telephone books); glass containers; aluminum beverage containers; pie tins; tin cans; bimetal containers; #1-7 plastics (except for plastic bags, film plastic, packing peanuts and foam packaging). To prevent the contamination of recyclables, the Contractor will provide “restricted access” lids for recycling collection containers, as needed.
