Recurring Meetings Sample Clauses

Recurring Meetings. Reservations for recurring meetings are accepted for the next calendar year on or after October 15 of the current year. In the event of a scheduling conflict between two organizations requesting the same meeting dates and times, the group that has met consecutively in the recent past will have priority if they submitted a new signed Agreement prior to November 15.

Recurring Meetings. Applications for meetings which recur regularly must be renewed every six (6) months. No group may reserve the same space for more than two consecutive six (6) month periods.
Recurring Meetings. The Parties shall meet to discuss matters relating to the Selected Remedy and/or this Agreement by such methods, such as in person or remotely, and at such places, dates and times as are mutually acceptable. The Parties may bring their consultants and other agents, and such meetings may, by agreement, include the USEPA or other third parties. Such meetings shall initially occur on approximately a semi-annual basis, with additional meetings as requested by the Parties or required by circumstances.
