RECRUITMENT & TERMINATION. It is the company’s sole prerogative to determine the order of selection of Employees for employment or retrenchment, however wherever possible the Company will endeavor to engage local labour from the State in which the work is to be performed. All prospective Employees shall be required to fill out the company pre-employment application form and may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical examination. All employees shall be required to participate in a pre-engagement workplace induction in their own time prior to commencing employment. Termination of employment shall be decided on, but not limited to, issues such as skills and ability, diligence, experience, time keeping, attitude to safety, length of service with the Company and anticipated future labour and skills requirements.
