RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. The use of recreational motor vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, trucks with camper inserts in the bed, and other vehicles that provide sleeping accommodations, for any purposes other than transportation, are prohibited. Over-occupancy of rental cottages includes occupying vehicles of this type and subjects you to eviction for violation of this agreement. Covenants of the individual communities where your house is located may have more restrictive rules concerning the parking of these vehicles within the communities.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Highway vehi- cles, including pickup truck campers, one-piece motor homes, and travel trailers, designed to serve as tem- porary places of dwelling.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. 18.1The Owner must not allow any plant or machinery or any recreational vehicle or commercial motor vehicle (including without limitation a caravan, boat, box trailer, boat trailer, truck and car trailer) to be left or parked on the street or on the Land between the building line of the dwelling house and the front boundary of the Land (unless either of those occur during the normal course of business by a visiting trades person) or on the nature strip or footpath.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. No campers, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks with a carrying capacity in excess of three-quarter tons, or other recreational vehicles of any kind shall be kept or parked in any driveway, sidewalk or yard area within the lots or upon the common area except that boats, camping trailers, or recreational vehicles may be parked outside for not more than one night per week provided that no trailer may ever be parked on a street unless hitched to a towing vehicle and no recreational vehicle may ever be parked in front of any common area or any residence other than that of the vehicle owner. At all other times, in accordance with subsection (A) (ii) above, recreational vehicles must be stored within garages, provided that garages may not be used for the storing or parking of any recreational vehicle unless such vehicle is completely enclosed by the garage and cannot be viewed from the street or any adjacent lot or from any portion of the common area.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. There shall be no operation of snowmobiles for commercial recreational use and no recreational use of dune buggies, all-terrain vehicles, or other types of wheeled motorized vehicles except as allowed for permitted agricultural, forestry, maintenance uses and uses attendant to the allowed commercial business in the Multi-use area.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Tenancy in a Mobile Home Park is distinct from occupancy in a Recreational Vehicle (RV) park. “Mobile home” is defined as a residential structure at least 8 feet wide and 35 feet long that is transportable on an integral chassis and designed for use as a dwelling when connected to the required utilities including e plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and electrical systems. § 513.01, Fla. Stat. Xxx.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. No recreational vehicle or motor home shall be kept on any lot for the purpose of providing housing for any person, other than for temporary guests of Purchasers, whose use of such mobile homes in this manner shall not exceed seven (7) consecutive nights or more than fourteen (14) nights total in any given calendar year. No recreational vehicles or motor homes shall be allowed to park anywhere within the community other than on the driveway of the property owned by the Purchaser parking such recreational vehicle or motor home.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Includes type A, B, C, fifth wheel, slide-in, travel trailer or popup camper personal use vehicles that have a Retail Value or amount financed less than $100,000 as of the date of this Waiver. The portion of the Deficiency that results from an original purchase/refinance amount that exceeds 125% LTV ratio is not covered. The maximum term of protection under this Waiver shall not exceed 72 months and the term of the Financial Agreement shall not exceed 180 months.
