RECREATIONAL VEHICLES Clause Examples

The 'Recreational Vehicles' clause defines the rules and restrictions regarding the use, storage, or parking of recreational vehicles—such as boats, campers, trailers, or motorhomes—on a property. Typically, this clause outlines where these vehicles may be kept, whether they can be visible from the street, and if prior approval from a homeowners' association or landlord is required. Its core function is to maintain the aesthetic standards and orderliness of the property or community, preventing clutter and potential disputes among residents.
