Recreational Management. Northern Water and/or the NISP Enterprise is currently investigating potential opportunities for management of recreational facilities and activities at Glade Reservoir. Northern Water and/or the NISP Enterprise has undertaken a preliminary study of potential management opportunities and recreation areas and has included involvement of Larimer County and the State of Colorado in the studies and discussions. The study has identified the potential for recreational opportunities, which may include recreational shoreline and boat-based fishing, motorized boating on Glade Reservoir, day use areas, and developed campgrounds. It is recognized, however, that due to site constraints (steep rocky terrain with limited access) and other commitments in the FWMEP, opportunities for developed campgrounds immediately adjacent to the Glade Reservoir shoreline are limited. Northern Water and/or the NISP Enterprise shall allow Larimer County equal opportunity as other potential management organizations to contract with the NISP Enterprise for long-term management of recreational facilities and activities at Glade Reservoir. Details of land and water based recreation will be contained in a recreation plan developed in conjunction with the managing agency or agencies. Recreation management at Glade Reservoir shall strive to be financia lly self- sustaining, and the NISP Enterprise shall have no obligation to undertake any agreement that requires the NISP Enterprise to fund or partially fund capital or operation and maintenance costs for such recreation. Northern Water and/or the NISP Enterprise have committed to multiple recreation and public access items as part of the FWMEP and through cooperative discussions with Larimer County and other potential recreation managers. Northern Water and/or the NISP Enterprise shall provide all of the following commitments:

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • Fiscal Management Grantee must have accounting and internal control systems to ensure proper management of federal and state funds, maximize non-federal resources, and maintain solvency. Xxxxxxx’s accounting and internal control systems must meet the following requirements:

  • Time Management Because of the nature of the duties performed by these supervisors, it is impracticable to apply provisions which prescribe normal work hours. However, it is normally expected that eighty (80) hours of work shall constitute a normal payroll period. It is recognized that these supervisors are responsible for managing and accounting for their own hours of work and that they may work hours in excess of the normal work day and/or payroll period and may make adjustments in hours of work in subsequent work days and/or payroll periods, provided such time management system does not result in overtime payment or guarantee hour-for-hour time off for extra hours worked.
