(a) In the case of WNS the relevant WNS SLA Manager shall notify the relevant BA SLA Manager; in the case of BA the relevant BA SLA Manager shall notify the relevant WNS SLA Manager in writing of the breach of the relevant Service or Service Level and its intention to activate the Recovery Procedure.
