Recovery on Termination. In the event of the termination of employment for reasons other than death or lay-off the Employer shall recover from any monies owed the employee, an amount equivalent to unearned vacation leave taken by the employee, calculated on the basis of the rate of pay applicable to the employee’s classification on the date of termination. B11.15 Appointment to a Schedule I, IV or V Employer Notwithstanding clause B11.11, an employee who resigns to accept employment with an organization listed in Schedule I, IV or V of the Financial Administration Act may choose not to be paid for earned but unused vacation leave credits provided that the appointing organization will accept such credits.
