Common use of Recovery of Sums Due Clause in Contracts

Recovery of Sums Due. 13.1. Wherever under the Contract any sum of money is recoverable from or payable by the Service Provider to the Purchaser, the Purchaser may deduct that sum from any sum due to the Service Provider whether under the Contract or otherwise.
