Recourse. The related Mortgage Loan documents contain provisions providing for recourse against the related Mortgagor, a principal of such Mortgagor or an entity controlled by a principal of such Mortgagor, for damages, liabilities, expenses or claims sustained in connection with the Mortgagor's fraud, material (or, alternatively, intentional) misrepresentation, waste or misappropriation of any tenant security deposits (in some cases, only after foreclosure or an action in respect thereof), rent (in some cases, only after an event of default), insurance proceeds or condemnation awards.
