Modes of Employment The Employer may employ a Full Time, Part Time, Fixed Term or Casual Employee. The Employer may direct an Employee to perform such duties as are within the limits of the Employee’s skill, competence and training.
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT A. This Contract shall terminate, the Superintendent's employment will cease, and no compensation shall thereafter be paid, under any one of the following circumstances:
Statement of Employment An employer shall, in the event of termination of employment, provide upon request to the employee who has been terminated a written statement specifying the period of employment and the classification or type of work performed by the employee.

Categories of Employment 2.3.1 Full-time A full-time employee is an employee who is employed for 37.5 or 40 hours per week.
Offers of Employment C6.1 For the duration of the Contract and for a period of twelve (12) Months thereafter neither the Authority nor the Contractor shall employ or offer employment to any of the other Party’s staff who have been associated with the procurement and/or the contract management of the Services without that Party’s prior written consent.
TEACHER EMPLOYMENT 8.1. The Board agrees to employ only those teachers who hold at least a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and are certifiable by the New Hampshire State Department of Education. This provision shall not apply in the instance where the availability of personnel is critical and an appropriate waiver is granted by the New Hampshire State Department of Education.
CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT 4.1 The employment status of Employees shall be as agreed between the Parties and recorded in writing.
