Records of Defined Cost to be kept by the Contractor. In order to substantiate the Defined Cost of Compensation Events, the Employer may require the Contractor to keep records of amounts paid by him for people employed by the Contractor, Plant and Materials, work subcontracted by the Contractor and Equipment. The Contractor’s Site Manager will complete the site daily log and this will be submitted to the Service Manager for his signature before 12 am of the following morning barring weekends. The Friday and weekend logs will be submitted before 12 am Mondays. The log will include but not be limited to the following: • Date and day. • Weather. • Site Conditions. • Work Done. • People who are employed by the Contractor • Work sub-contracted by the Contractor • Any incidents during that period. Any communication and documentation during this service agreement to be filed in the contract file. This file is in the possession of the Service Manager at all times.

The Commodity Manager / Buyer must refer the tender to the Divisional/Regional Safety Risk Manager or his representative in order to evaluate against enquiry-specific safety criteria. Records of Defined Cost to be kept by the Contractor. The contractor to ensure to keep proper records of all defined costs, payments and assessments of compensation events, as prescribed by the Employer. Insurance provided by the Employer N/A Training workshops and technology transfer The Contractor shall conduct the following training sessions as and when required by the Employer and according to an agreed training programme:  Planning ( intermediate and advanced)  Installation and Commissioning (including equipment configurations)  Maintenance of the supplied systems  Network Management Systems (for both administrators and operators). The Contractor shall issue formal certifications for personnel that have successfully passed (achieved 80%) the training, which includes both theory and practical training. To facilitate skills transfer, Contractors working at site shall be accompanied by the Employer’s technicians and appointed representatives. The certified personnel shall be entitled to install, commission, operate and maintain the equipment without any impact to the specified equipment warranty. Courses shall be separately ordered from time to time as need dictates. The first course shall be required before the first commissioning commences so that the technicians shall be able to immediately maintain the installed equipment after installation handover.
