Records of Costs. The Contractor shall at all times:-

Records of Costs. Records of costs pertinent to ENGINEER’s compensation will be kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals. ENGINEER is only obligated to maintain these records for a period of three years following date of final payment for services rendered under this Agreement.
Records of Costs. The Architect agrees to maintain and retain weekly payroll, overhead, cost and accounting records for services performed on the Project, including expenses pertaining to additional services required on the Project. Such records shall be maintained and available for all aspects of the work, whether performed by the Architect or any independent firms. These records shall be kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices, and all such records shall be made available to the Sponsor and the Agency for inspection for a period of ten years after final payment is received by the Architect under this Contract Addendum. Any failure to maintain or produce such records shall preclude the recovery of any claim for such costs.

Records of Costs. Youngsville shall maintain all necessary books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to the costs incurred relative to the Project and shall keep all materials available for inspection at all reasonable times. All such books and records shall be maintained by Youngsville and will be open for inspection by LCG and copies thereof shall be furnished to LCG upon request at LCG's cost. Youngsville shall be the custodian of such books and records as contemplated by La. R.S 44:31, et seq.
Records of Costs. The Contractor will keep accurate records of the costs incurred by it in its performance of the Early Work. Contractor will provide monthly invoices to Owner to request payment from Owner. Owner will make payments to Contractor after the Owner has approved the invoice(s) and the work has been completed to the satisfaction of Owner, unless Owner has provided written notice to Contractor that Contractor is in default under this Agreement. Owner will make reasonable efforts to pay invoices within thirty (30) days of approval.
Records of Costs. The Contractor shall at all times:- maintain a full record of particulars of the costs of providing the Works and Heating Services, including in particular those relating to maintenance, operation and Biomass Fuel supply; upon request by the Authority, provide a written summary of any of the costs referred to in clause 24.65.1, including details of any funds held by the Contractor specifically to cover such costs, in such form and detail as the Authority may reasonably require to enable the Authority to monitor the performance by the Contractor of its obligations under this Agreement and to satisfy the Authority’s reasonable reporting requirements; provide such facilities as the Authority may reasonably require for its representatives to visit any place where the records are held and examine the records maintained under this clause.

Records of Costs. K-A shall keep correct and complete records containing all information required for the determination of costs to be paid to it under this AGREEMENT for a period of not less than three (3) years after the performance of any services hereunder. K-A shall permit the books and records that it keeps pursuant to this paragraph to be inspected and audited during reasonable business hours by an independent certified public accountant selected by ORTHO, to the extent necessary to verify such costs. The parties hereby acknowledge that any work that is to be performed by K-A for ORTHO under the Development Program shall be as an independent contractor, and that ORTHO shall not incur any obligations for the remuneration or other expenses (and relevant reporting obligations) of any employee or representative of K-A by virtue of such employee's or representative's participation in the Development Program.
Records of Costs. Operator shall maintain complete books of account and records of all costs, expenses and expenditures incurred by Partnership prior to and during construction of any Expansions, in the maintenance and operation of the Project, and in otherwise performing any of its obligations under this Agreement, so as to provide Partnership and the Partners with the information required for accounting, regulatory, tax (including, without limitation, federal, state and local), insurance, financing and other reasonable purposes.
