Common use of Records For Audit Purposes Clause in Contracts

Records For Audit Purposes. Without limitation to any other provision of this Agreement the Consultant shall maintain all records concerning the program or project financed under this Agreement which the City reasonably requires for four years from the expiration date of the Agreement unless a longer period is required under 24 CFR § 570.502. The Consultant will give the City, HUD, the Comptroller General of United States, the General Accounting Office, or any of their authorized representatives access to and the right to examine, copy, or reproduce all records pertaining to the acquisition and construction of the project and the operation of the program or project. The right to access shall continue as long as the records are required to be maintained.
